Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable - Infrastructure Replacement:
- Assist the Project Financial Specialist with Infrastructure Replacement
- Manage and monitor high-volume or milestone-based billings tied to infrastructure or compliance projects
- Reconcile payments, billing submissions, and receivable records with a high level of accuracy
- Coordinate with finance teams, project managers, and external funding entities
- This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting is highly preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Required Skills for Accounts Receivable - Infrastructure Replacement:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in ERP or financial systems used for A/R processing and tracking (e.g., Dynamics SL, Quickbase, or similar)
- Experience in accounts receivable processes, including posting and tracking complex or multi-phase billings
- Familiarity with FCC reimbursement programs or government-funded billing cycles
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferred

Compensation Details: $20-25/hr W2
