IDR is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in West Hollywood, CA. This role supports senior leadership within a healthcare or academic environment, providing high-level administrative and operational support to department chairs and vice chairs. The position involves daily on-site presence, including campus rounding and meeting with faculty and physicians.
Position Overview for the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence, responding when appropriate and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Plan, coordinate, and document high-level meetings and events, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes.
- Support special projects, conduct research, and assist with strategic initiatives as needed, maintaining organized workflows.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of executive assistant or high-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience supporting senior leadership in healthcare or academic settings is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business software.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to interact at all levels.
