IDR is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves developing AI-driven solutions within a dynamic environment focused on innovation, governance, and security, without mentioning specific company names or compensation details.
Position Overview for the AI/ML Engineer:
- Researching, designing, implementing, and managing AI and ML software programs.
- Testing and evaluating new AI/ML solutions for performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and business analysts to deliver impactful projects.
- Designing and developing AI agent systems, including autonomous workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Focusing on enhancing productivity, automation, and decision-making support while ensuring safeguards for governance and security.
Requirements for the AI/ML Engineer:
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science.
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade autonomous agents.
- Strong experience in context engineering.
- Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures using vector databases.
