IDR is seeking a Bilingual HR Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Texas. This organization operates within the HR technology and services sector, focusing on supporting HR system stability and data accuracy across the Americas region. The role involves providing system support, troubleshooting, and training to enhance HR operations and technology adoption.
Position Overview for the Bilingual HR Analyst:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for HR systems, including Core HR, Recruiting, and integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional system issues and inquiries
- Perform data quality audits and coordinate corrections to improve system accuracy
- Support system releases and deployments through SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Deliver virtual and/or in-person training to HR users
Requirements for the Bilingual HR Analyst:
- Fluent in Spanish & English; Portuguese preferred but not required
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional environment
- 1+ year of experience in HR operations, HR transactions, or customer-facing roles
- 1+ year of experience using global HCM systems (Oracle HCM Cloud preferred)
- 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing tools
