IDR is seeking a Business Account Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting commercial customers through diverse communication channels within a dynamic energy industry. The position offers a chance to contribute to customer satisfaction and streamline account management processes.
Position Overview for the Business Account Representative:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and mail.
- Promote the company's products and services, assisting customers in obtaining the solutions they need.
- Analyze accounts, manage billing inquiries, and negotiate payment options to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize various computer systems, software, and communication tools effectively to support customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements for the Business Account Representative:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with basic math and English skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in a customer service call center for at least 6 months
- Basic PC skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to handle billing inquiries and perform basic analytical tasks
