IDR’s largest client is looking for an IT support Specialist to join their team in the Atlanta area! This is a hybrid role after 90 days.
Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:
Provide technical support to end users within the organization
Test emerging new technologies and train end users on these technologies
Working hands on with network troubleshooting and issue resolution
Implement best practices for IT service management
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
Required Skills/Experience of the Client Support Specialist:
5+ years’ experience with hands on technical support
Extensive experience providing trouble shooting skills remotely, in person, and via the phone
Strong experience with MS Intune and SCCM
Proficiency with ServiceNow
Work within an SLA driven incident management workflow
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
