Position Overview for the Compliance Specialist :
The Specialist will work closely with the Operations Senior Manager and play a key role in day-to-day execution as well as continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes. Lead, in coordination with the Operations Senior Manager, the operational execution of U.S. federal and state healthcare transparency reporting (e.g., Open Payments/Sunshine Act) as well as applicable state or global disclosure requirements.

Required Skills for the Compliance Specialist:
  • 3+ years of experience working in Healthcare compliance  
  • 2+ years of experience monitoring HCP (Healthcare Professionals) engagement activities  
  • 2+ years of experience working with compliance payments systems
