IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join one of our top clients in Franklin, MA. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in customer service, working within a fast-paced environment focused on resolving customer inquiries and complaints. The company operates in the customer service industry, providing essential support to clients across various sectors.
Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative II:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions to address inquiries related to products and services
- Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, issuing refunds, and adjusting bills
- Notify customers of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
- Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative II:
- 2-4 years customer service related experience required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
