		IDR is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role involves providing technical support for IT service management platforms within a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The company operates in the technology and software services industry, delivering solutions to enhance client operations and technical support capabilities.
Position Overview for the Customer Support Engineer:
- Log and track cases related to software and hardware issues on the IT Service Desk.
- Provide initial triage technical support, troubleshooting customer inquiries efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to internal or external support teams as needed.
- Support users in utilizing the ServiceNow platform through advice and training.
- Manage multiple cases daily, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Requirements for the Customer Support Engineer:
- 2 - 4 years working within an IT environment.
- Prior experience working in a helpdesk environment over phone, resolving end user issues on a first call resolution basis.
- Ability to ask clear and precise questions to diagnose problems effectively.
- Basic understanding of ITIL skills and business processes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
