		IDR is seeking a
 Data Engineer to join one of our top clients in 
McKinney, TX. Position Overview:Our client is looking for a Data Engineer to work closely with the data architect and business stakeholders to help translate business needs to technical solutions while ensuring the data is reliable, secure, and easily accessible. 
Top Skills:- 3+ years of experience in ELT/ETL pipeline development, data warehousing/modeling, data quality and governance
- 2+ years' of hands-on experience with API integrations and data ingestion from multiple sources
- 2+ years’ experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
- Professional experience being a liaison between technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Nice to Have:- Experience using Power BI to turn data into dashboards
- Certifications such as Cloud Data Engineering Certificates, Data Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Data Engineer, Google Professional Data Engineer, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field
