IDR is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tempe, Arizona. This role involves supporting a dynamic IT environment, focusing on assisting users during a migration from Google Workspace to Office 365, and providing VIP/executive support. The company operates within the technology services sector, emphasizing efficient help desk operations and user support.
Position Overview for the Desktop Support Analyst:
- Provide on-site help desk support for approximately 500 corporate users, with potential to scale to 700.
- Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, during and after migration.
- Assist users with legacy Google Workspace access requests and related support needs.
- Manage user requests effectively using Zendesk in a high-traffic support setting.
- Support conference rooms, executive offices, and provide VIP support within a mixed Mac and Windows environment.
Requirements for the Desktop Support Analyst:
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including familiarity with core components.
- Demonstrated ability to support a similar-sized user environment.
- Experience supporting migrations from Google Workspace to Office 365.
- Proficiency in handling Google Workspace access requests post-migration.
- Ability to go onsite 4-5 days per week and prioritize support requests efficiently.
