Immediate and Fully Remote contract opening for an Epic PB Systems Analyst to support a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role will focus on Epic Professional Billing (PB) support, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, testing, and day-to-day application support within a hospital setting.
*This role is Fully Remote*
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Epic Systems Analyst experience
- Active Epic PB Certification required
- Strong hospital/healthcare environment experience
- Experience supporting Epic PB workflows, troubleshooting tickets/issues, upgrades, and maintenance
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer support skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Revenue Cycle or Professional Billing workflows
- Exposure to Windows support, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, and enterprise support tools
