IDR is seeking a Executive Assistant Floater to join one of our top clients in San Francisco. This role involves providing flexible administrative support across multiple teams within an organization focused on professional services, financial industries, or consulting. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to develop broad skills and contribute to high-level executive operations.
Position Overview for the Executive Assistant Floater:
- Provide back-up administrative support to various teams and executives in the San Francisco office.
- Manage complex and fluid calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling logistics.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including international and domestic trips, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Handle correspondence, email prioritization, and respond to inquiries with high accuracy and discretion.
- Support team-wide initiatives such as conference room management, event coordination, and special projects as needed.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant Floater:
- Four plus years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Traditional Executive Assistant experience in a professional or financial services environment.
- Extensive experience managing complex and fluid calendars.
- Strong organizational skills to support team productivity and efficient workflow.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion.
