IDR is seeking a Front Desk Recepionist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees, providing professional reception and administrative support in a dynamic office environment. The position is onsite, and the organization is known for its professional services industry, offering a positive and secure workplace culture.
Position Overview for the Front Desk Receptionist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Provide administrative support, including managing phone calls, scheduling, and correspondence
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced office setting
- Ensure the safety and security of the office environment by adhering to company policies
- Support office operations through various clerical tasks as needed
Requirements for the Front Desk Receptionist:
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and standard office applications
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
- U.S. Citizenship is required
