IDR is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Irvine, CA. This full onsite role supports a fast-paced front desk environment by providing exceptional patient-facing customer service and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll be joining an organization known for strong standards of care and professional growth.
Position Overview for the Front Office Assistant:
- Greet patients and visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience
- Assist with front desk coordination and day-to-day administrative support
- Support patient flow by answering questions and helping route needs appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation and support scheduling and check-in processes
- Utilize electronic systems to support office operations
Requirements for the Front Office Assistant:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Medical Terminology Certificate preferred
- Current BLS for Healthcare Provider
