IDR is seeking a Healthcare Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is within a leading healthcare technology organization focused on innovative digital solutions in the kidney care space. The position involves driving product strategies and delivering impactful healthcare software products to improve patient outcomes.
Position Overview for the Healthcare Product Manager:
- Manage and define the vision, strategy, and OKRs for healthcare digital products.
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and stakeholder teams to execute product roadmaps.
- Drive product outcomes that solve critical business and healthcare challenges.
- Lead efforts to launch and improve software solutions in an FDA-regulated industry.
- Influence and inspire teams with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements for the Healthcare Product Manager:
- Prior experience as a product manager in FDA regulated industries such as biotech, med dev, etc.
- Experience as a product manager or related role with a successful track record of launching healthcare software products.
- Ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
