Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst:
- Provide support for application-related helpdesk inquiries, focusing on Microsoft custom-built applications.
- Work through helpdesk tickets, understanding issues, and driving them to resolution.
- Engage in minimal testing to ensure application functionality.
- Participate in a hybrid work schedule, with initial onsite training followed by remote work, subject to client requirements.
- Collaborate with our client's team to enhance customer service and support processes.
Required Skills for Help Desk Analyst:
- Proven experience in an application help desk environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Familiarity with help desk tools, documentation, and escalation processes.
