HRIS Analyst
Employment Type: Regular, Full‑Time
Reporting To: Chief Human Capital Officer
Location: Offsite / Remote (ability to travel occasionally, as needed)
Position Overview
Harmonia is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Human Capital Management (HCM) programs, primarily leveraging our HRIS, Paylocity, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse. This role will play a critical part in deploying and optimizing Paylocity as Harmonia’s enterprise HCM platform while designing and maintaining a robust analytics and reporting ecosystem.
The HRIS Analyst will provide leadership, HR teams, and managers with real‑time workforce analytics, compliance reporting, and actionable insights. This position operates with a high level of independence and serves as a technical subject‑matter expert for HR systems and workforce data.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & Optimization
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS, including system updates, enhancements, and end‑user support.
- Lead and manage Paylocity HRIS modules to ensure alignment with business, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Translate business requirements into HRIS configurations, specifications, and system interfaces.
- Support HRIS, payroll, and security administration across HR platforms.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports providing real‑time workforce metrics, including:
- Headcount and workforce demographics
- Turnover and attrition trends
- Time‑to‑hire and time‑to‑fill
- Workforce planning and span‑of‑control indicators
- Create interactive dashboards with drill‑down capabilities, dynamic visualizations, and parameterized filtering.
- Deliver data‑driven insights to support leadership decision‑making and workforce planning.
Data Integrity, Compliance & Security
- Execute audits, controls, and internal processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure the HRIS complies with applicable regulations, data protection standards, and company policies.
- Ensure the ATS and its’ integrations comply with data protection standards and company policies.
- Assist in audits and implement necessary security controls and risk mitigation measures.
Stakeholder Support & Training
- Partner with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support system integrations, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex functional and technical HRIS issues.
- Deliver end‑user support, training sessions, and documentation for HR staff and system users, including both the HRIS and the ATS.
- Develop and maintain HRIS process documentation, procedures, user guides, and system‑related policies.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management
- Drive digitization, automation, and optimization of HR processes.
- Participate in HRIS and ATS‑related projects including system upgrades, implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
or 6+ years of relevant experience in HRIS, ATS, business intelligence, data analytics, or enterprise reporting.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Paylocity.
- Strong experience designing interactive dashboards and complex workforce reports.
- Advanced knowledge of HR/workforce analytics metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, time‑to‑fill, workforce planning).
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- General HR knowledge, including compensation and benefits processes.
- Proven ability to operate independently and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Paylocity HRIS, payroll, and related HR business processes.
- Experience with Greenhouse and its’ integration and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with U.S. HR practices.
- Prior experience supporting system integrations and vendor‑managed HR platforms.
