Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist:
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming IT requests and manage ticket triage
- Design, develop, and implement end-user device solutions tailored to our clients' needs
- Gather and document user system and software requirements, research and evaluate technology options, and prepare business cases for proposed solutions
- Provide both first- and second-level technical support, resolving incidents and processing changes in alignment with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with all IT teams and end users to support effective, reliable, and secure end-user device solutions
Required Skills for the IT Support Specialist:
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role, or an associate degree with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in desktop support roles in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Audio Visual systems
- Experience working with document management systems such as Laserfiche
- Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems
- Strong analytical skills and process improvement abilities
