Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician :
This will be a hands-on position. This person will be on the go and required to travel to different city buildings to provide support. They will be working with a ticketing system for documenting and completing work. Will work with Windows profile management supporting information transfers between computers.

Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Support role
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Telecom, mobile devices, and device management functions
  • 2+ Years of experience working through ticketing systems
  • Strong experience with asset/inventory tracking and process documentation
  • Prior experience working with City/Government organizations (Highly preferred)
