		IDR is seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves working with a leading organization in the technology consulting industry, focusing on cloud-native solutions, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The position offers a chance to contribute to impactful cloud infrastructure automation projects.
Position Overview for the Junior DevOps Engineer:
- Plays a key role in driving cloud-native transformation, automation, and CI/CD enablement for clients across industries
- Designs and implements scalable cloud pipelines, infrastructure automation, and site reliability engineering (SRE) best practices
- Collaborates with software engineers, architects, and cybersecurity professionals to modernize operations
- Focuses on enhancing performance and security of cloud environments
- Ideal candidates bring strong cloud engineering expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP and a solution-driven mindset
Requirements for the Junior DevOps Engineer:
- 3+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong background in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation for cloud infrastructure and software delivery
- Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Policy as Code (PaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep
- Programming experience in Python, PowerShell, Java, C#, Bash, or Go, with a solid understanding of networking and cloud security principles
