Warehouse / Logistics CoordinatorWe are supporting a rapidly growing next-generation telecom hardware provider seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to support production planning and global logistics operations. This is a fast-paced, startup-style environment that requires someone who can perform multiple functions with minimal supervision. The role supports production control, inventory management across remote contract manufacturing facilities, direct order fulfillment, and worldwide logistics coordination. This position is fully onsite in Maynard, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production control activities in alignment with manufacturing schedules
- Create and update purchase orders in Oracle Cloud or SAP
- Receive inventory into the ERP system and issue materials to manufacturing
- Track inventory levels across remote contract manufacturing partners
- Perform inventory reconciliation between physical shipments and ERP system records
- Manage shipment confirmations and monitor delivery status
- Support direct order fulfillment in a ship-to-customer model
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including preparation of international shipping documentation
- Provide worldwide logistics support across multiple stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ year of warehouse or distribution experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working with numbers
- ERP system experience, preferably Oracle Cloud or SAP
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to lift 15–20 pounds
- Comfortable with extended periods of sitting, bending, lifting, and reaching
Preferred Qualifications
- International shipping experience
- Oracle Cloud experience
- Experience working with major carriers such as UPS and FedEx
- Inventory management experience
