Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Marketing & Streaming Manager:
 

• Develop and implement digital campaigns to increase fan engagement across short-form platforms

• Optimize artist catalogs and collaborate with external and internal partners to secure support and track/artist growth

• Oversee insights analysis, reporting, and marketing execution in a high-paced environment

• Support artists' streaming marketing efforts and develop owned audiences across short-form platforms

• This is a 3-month contract position with high possibilities for extension
   

Required Skills for Marketing & Streaming Manager:
 

• 2-4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, creative agency, or similar fields

• Strong understanding of creator and influencer marketing and its connection to music consumption

• Deep knowledge of advertising, fan engagement, and analytics

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and work as a trusted team member

• Familiarity with project management tools and ability to work with sensitive projects and teams
