Job Description for the .Net Developer:Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Work involves planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects; as well as providing technical assistance. This includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo. Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency’s core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.
Required Skills for the .Net Developer:- Senior .NET Web Application Development – 8+ years building and maintaining secure public-facing applications using C#, ASP.NET (.NET 8+), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Advanced SQL & Database Programming – 8+ years of experience with SQL/PLSQL, data management, optimization, and secure database integration.
- Enterprise Software Engineering & Governance – 8+ years using version control systems, producing system documentation, and maintaining secure, standards-compliant applications.
