IDR is seeking a NICE CXone Studio Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. The consultant will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and optimizing NICE CXone Studio scripts to support a contact center migration project. This effort will include troubleshooting and refining call routing logic while helping transition two existing NICE CXone environments into a single, unified instance.
Position Overview for the NICE CXone Studio Developer:
- Design, develop, test, and optimize NICE CXone Studio scripts
- Ensure seamless call routing and improved customer interactions across the organization
- Lead troubleshooting and refinement of call routing logic as part of an active migration
- Support migration efforts to bring two existing NICE CXone environments into one unified instance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable contact center solutions
Requirements for the NICE CXone Studio Developer:
- 5+ years of experience (closer to 7 is ideal)
- NICE CXOne proficiency with Studio scripting (call routing scripts) with the ability to write AND test studio script
- Desing and implementation experience with CXone
- Experience optimizing CXone workflows
- EXPERT experience in Conversational AI solutions
