IDR is seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Texas. This role is ideal for a skilled developer experienced in PeopleSoft and enterprise financial systems, supporting a critical migration project within a public sector organization. The position offers the chance to work remotely while contributing to a significant system upgrade and modernization effort.
Position Overview for the PeopleSoft Financials Developer:
- Analyze the legacy system built on the .NET framework, reverse-engineering business logic and extracting data
- Develop and customize PeopleSoft Financials modules to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migration and integration
- Document legacy system logic and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
- Support standard SDLC tasks and contribute to project phases, with some off-hours as needed
Requirements for the PeopleSoft Financials Developer:
- 8+ years of development experience with PeopleTools
- 2+ years of experience working with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher
- 2+ years of experience with an advanced Oracle database
- Ability to read and interpret .NET code (C#, VB.NET) and SQL Server stored procedures
- Proven experience with complex data migrations from legacy systems to PeopleSoft
