IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role supports the organization's major ERP migration project. The organization is focused on modernizing financial systems and improving operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.
Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:
- Support the project manager in tracking activities and tasks across multiple workstreams within the project
- Attend, organize, and document meetings, ensuring accurate capture of minutes and action items
- Assist in developing communication materials such as emails, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain and update project schedules and RAID logs to ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate effective communication between management, stakeholders, and technical teams
Requirements for the Project Coordinator:
- 1+ year of experience tracking IT project activities and tasks for a business suite or multiple workstreams
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Online
- 2+ years of experience using Outlook, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field AND 1 year of IT-related experience; OR Associate’s degree AND 3 years of IT-related experience (equivalent combinations considered)
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
