		IDR is seeking a Sales Engagement Partner to join a leading organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role supports North America sales with international opportunities within the professional services and revenue operations industry. The position involves coordinating across regions, managing strategic opportunities, and ensuring alignment with sales and project teams.
Position Overview for the Sales Engagement Partner:
- Collaborate with regional and sector teams to understand key and strategic opportunities
- Attend meetings to gather insights and track opportunities through the Statement of Work (SOW) process
- Assign resources, monitor progress, and report status to sales leadership, project management, and professional services leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in opportunity progress and escalate issues as needed
- Manage 20–40+ active opportunities actively and proactively
Requirements for the Sales Engagement Partner:
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and trusted by sales teams
- Experience in Professional Services, Sales Operations, SOW creation, and Proposal Management
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities efficiently
- Willingness to go onsite as needed for meetings and travel approximately 20% to various company locations
