This role is pivotal in organizing, prioritizing, and managing work streams within the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE). Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Scrum Leader:
Lead and manage work streams and PI planning for the CCoE, ensuring efficient workflow and prioritization of internal customer requests.
Utilize Azure DevOps as the primary tool for work management, coordinating with external partners and stakeholders.
Balance Scrum Master duties with project-level organization, ensuring seamless integration within an established Agile environment.
Collaborate with a small core team and additional resources from across the organization as needed.
Required Skills for Scrum Leader:
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and significant communication skills.
Experience in enterprise architecture or cloud environments is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST is beneficial.
