Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Scrum Master:
- Utilize AI tools such as M365, Copilot Studio, and Azure DevOps to automate routine tasks and reduce manual efforts.
- Develop lightweight AI solutions to assist with standups, backlog clarity, and risk management.
- Analyze AI insights to identify flow issues, bottlenecks, and risks, and support backlog refinement for improved story clarity.
- Continuously monitor and escalate delivery risks, ensuring alignment with product and engineering teams.
- Automate sprint summaries and leadership reporting, and support quarterly planning with AI-driven insights.
Required Skills for Scrum Master:
- Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for managing boards, sprints, and delivery flow.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Copilot and M365-based AI platforms.
- Strong ability to interpret data and AI insights to enhance team decision-making.
