Electrical Project Manager – Mission Critical Construction

What You’ll Do
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the overall financial and operational success of assigned electrical construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from startup through closeout
- Lead project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and execution
- Oversee project financial performance, budgets, and cost reporting
- Coordinate field manpower with superintendents and foremen
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and NEC requirements
- Manage subcontractors, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate material, tooling, and equipment needs
- Support project safety initiatives and company safety standards
- Monitor project quality and productivity performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
- Mentor and support field leaders and project teams
- Identify fabrication and process improvement opportunities
Project Experience We Value

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Experience managing commercial or mission critical electrical projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and NEC requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing field teams and project operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Experience with project financial management and cost reporting
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction/project management software including:
- Spectrum
- Accubid
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
- High School Diploma or GED required
Working Environment
This position supports active construction projects and may include:
- Travel or temporary assignments based on project needs
- Extended work hours, night shifts, or out-of-town work when required
- Work in varying weather and construction site conditions
