		IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves leading the implementation of ServiceNow’s Enterprise Architecture modules within a healthcare or public sector environment. The organization specializes in enterprise IT solutions, focusing on optimizing business workflows and system integrations.
Position Overview for the ServiceNow Developer:
- Lead the rollout and integration of ServiceNow’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) module.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define EA strategy, architecture standards, and governance models.
- Build out Service Mapping, Business Capabilities, and Dependencies for identified Business Applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow EA solutions, configuring workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Integrate EA with CMDB, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Requirements for the ServiceNow Developer:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including EA/APM or SPM module implementation.
- Proven experience with CMDB, discovery, and integrations with external systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), MID Server, and third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies.
