IDR is seeking a Technical Product Manager III to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role focuses on managing healthcare software solutions and driving product development in a fast-paced, agile environment. The position offers the chance to work remotely while collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.
Position Overview for the Technical Product Manager III:
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, clinical teams, and development groups to ensure product success and alignment with strategic goals
- Translate complex clinical needs and business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including enhancements based on customer feedback
- Lead agile development processes by prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and facilitating planning sessions
- Collaborate on product strategy, roadmaps, and development of business cases with architecture and business partners
Requirements for the Technical Product Manager III:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience in an IT and/or Healthcare setting
- 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst role within an agile environment
- Proven track record of managing software products through full lifecycle from concept to launch
- Strong experience in developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations
