IDR is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Hartford, CT or Hunt Valley, MD or Minneapolis, MN. This role involves supporting technology initiatives within a leading insurance organization, ensuring smooth project delivery through Agile practices and cross-team collaboration.
Position Overview for the Technical Project Coordinator:
- Support the delivery of technology projects by coordinating activities and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Manage ticket workflows, monitor project timelines, and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in implementing Agile and DevOps practices to improve project outcomes.
- Provide regular updates on project status and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Requirements for the Technical Project Coordinator:
- 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Solid technical background with the ability to understand software development concepts and technical discussions.
- Experience working in Agile environments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD processes and release management concepts.
