IDR is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Service Management to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role involves providing technical support within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, specializing in the ServiceNow platform. You'll be key in troubleshooting complex issues, analyzing code, and delivering excellent service to users across various industries.
Position Overview for the Technical Support Engineer - Service Management:
- Manage and resolve challenging technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop expertise within the support department to enhance issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems, analyze JavaScript code, and optimize custom solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
- Support and maintain ServiceNow applications, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer - Service Management:
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues.
- Solid object-oriented programming skills in JavaScript.
- Experience working with dynamic HTML components such as CSS and XHTML.
- Working knowledge of web application stacks and relational databases like MySQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems.
