IDR is seeking a Technical Trainer II to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Englewood, Colorado. This role is within the aerospace and defense industry, focusing on developing and delivering advanced technical training content in a fully remote setting. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training effectiveness and relevance.
Position Overview for the Technical Trainer II:
- Develop, design, and implement advanced technical training content and materials
- Deliver on-site and remote technical training sessions to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with product management, engineers, and program managers to gather content and ensure training accuracy
- Provide advice on technical training materials and programs
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to continuously improve training programs
Requirements for the Technical Trainer II:
- Proficiency with e-learning development tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with supporting and addressing customer training objectives
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry
- Certification in technical training or e-learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CTT+)
