IDR is seeking a Video Producer to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Richardson, TX. This role involves managing the full production process for various video content types, including podcasts, training videos, and brand content, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality visuals that meet company standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with professional filming equipment and post-production tools, contributing creatively and technically throughout the production cycle.
Position Overview for the Video Producer:
- Manage end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality video content that supports organizational goals.
- Operate professional camera equipment like Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras and audio equipment such as Zoom H5 recorders.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects to edit and enhance video projects.
- Assist with graphic design, visual layouts, and motion graphics as needed to enhance video presentations.
Requirements for the Video Producer:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Video Producer with a solid portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects.
- Hands-on experience operating Blackmagic Pocket Cinema cameras and Zoom H5 recorders.
- Knowledge of wireless microphones and 3-point lighting setups.
- Familiarity with storyboarding and basic motion graphics; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
