IDR is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves leading customer engagement initiatives for a prominent entertainment and dining company, focusing on loyalty program growth and retention through sophisticated lifecycle campaigns. The position requires a technically skilled individual capable of managing multi-channel marketing efforts independently.
Position Overview for the Web Content Specialist:
The Web Content Specialist supports the creation, publishing, and maintenance of digital content across web and app platforms using content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager and WordPress. This role assists with content updates, quality assurance, and digital reporting initiatives to help ensure an accurate and engaging online experience.
Requirements for the Web Content Specialist :
- 2+ years of experience with Web content management (AEM, Wordpress)
- 2+ years of experience authoring Web content using AEM
- 2+ years of experience supporting Web analytics and reporting
