IDR is seeking a Workday Security Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This senior-level role is pivotal for organizations in the healthcare industry, focusing on strategic security architecture, governance, and enterprise-wide initiatives within Workday. The position involves partnering with various business units to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable Workday security solutions.

Position Overview for the Workday Security Lead:

• Develops and implements enterprise security standards and frameworks within the Workday environment.
• Leads security design activities including role configuration, access controls, and segregation of duties.
• Oversees security audits, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborates with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams to align security policies with business needs.
• Provides mentorship to security analysts and manages technical security configurations and upgrades.

Requirements for the Workday Security Lead:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application security, with significant expertise in Workday security models.
• Proven experience leading Workday security governance, audit readiness, and access control programs in a complex regulated environment.
• Deep knowledge of Workday security groups, domain security, business process security, and role-based access control.
• Strong technical knowledge of access governance, segregation of duties, audit controls, and attestation processes.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills, with ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly.
